NDIS support in Robina

Robina was planned as the Coast's second centre and it feels like it: Robina Hospital, the Town Centre, the train station and the stadium all in one place, with quiet residential streets around the lakes. Varsity Lakes, Merrimac, Mudgeeraba and Burleigh Waters are next door. We support NDIS participants across this part of the Coast at home, in the community and on the road.

What we help with

The four core supports, in plain words: help at home (mornings, meals, the house), getting out and about (community access, social time, sport), transport (appointments, work, school, day programs) and everyday things and skills. If you are not sure what fits, call — we will work it out with you. See the four supports.

What support looks like around Robina

Robina is one of the few Gold Coast suburbs where you can do most of a week without the highway. Hospital, allied health, shopping and the train to Brisbane are all clustered together, and the lake paths are flat and shaded for a walk. Buses fan out from the station to Burleigh and Broadbeach. We drive too — a lot of families here need transport to school, work or day programs across the M1, and a worker who lives on this side of it is the difference between on time and not.

Why a small, founder-led provider

If you have been through the big-provider experience — a new worker every month, a call centre when something goes wrong — Keystone is built to be the opposite. Heidi takes the first call and stays involved. We match on personality and location, you meet the worker first, and you can change your mind at any point. Simple service agreement, price-guide rates, no lock-in.

How to check a provider is legitimate

There are people in this industry who should not be. Whoever you choose in Robina — us included — you can ask for all of this:

  • An ABN you can look up. Ours is 48 691 121 525 (check it on the ABR).
  • NDIS Worker Screening for every worker, plus a Blue Card where they work with children. Ask to see the clearance, not just the promise.
  • Insurance — public liability and professional indemnity. A legitimate provider will show you the certificate of currency.
  • Rates at or below the NDIS price guide, in writing before the first shift. How our pricing works.
  • A written service agreement you can read before you sign and end without penalty.
  • A complaints pathway that goes outside the provider — the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Ours is here.

We are not an NDIS-registered provider, which is why we work with self- and plan-managed plans. We say that up front rather than let you find out later.

How it starts

  1. Call 0403 886 293 for a 10-minute chat with Heidi, or do the 1-minute check and we will call you.
  2. A free meet-and-greet with the worker before you commit to anything.
  3. A simple service agreement, then support starts — usually within one to two weeks.
