NDIS support in Mount Gravatt

Mount Gravatt is the southside in one suburb: Garden City on one side, Griffith University and Toohey Forest on the other, and the busway running through the middle. Upper Mount Gravatt, Holland Park, Sunnybank and Eight Mile Plains are all a short drive. We support NDIS participants here with the ordinary, important stuff — mornings at home, getting to appointments, doing things in the community that are yours, not ours.

What we help with

The four core supports, in plain words: help at home (mornings, meals, the house), getting out and about (community access, social time, sport), transport (appointments, work, school, day programs) and everyday things and skills. If you are not sure what fits, call — we will work it out with you. See the four supports.

What support looks like around Mount Gravatt

Getting around is easier here than most of Brisbane. The South East Busway stops at Griffith University and Upper Mount Gravatt, so a trip to the city or the PA Hospital is straightforward if you are comfortable on buses — and we can travel with you while you build that confidence. If not, we drive. Garden City covers shopping, movies and a coffee. There are walking tracks in Toohey Forest, the lookout, and local pools and libraries for the days that need a plan. Traffic on Logan Road at school time is real; we schedule around it.

Why a small, founder-led provider

Families on the southside tell us the same thing: they want one person, not a rotating list. We are small enough to give you that. Heidi answers the phone, meets you first, and stays involved. You keep control of your plan and your funding — we invoice at or below the NDIS price guide and you can end the agreement any time.

How to check a provider is legitimate

There are people in this industry who should not be. Whoever you choose in Mount Gravatt — us included — you can ask for all of this:

  • An ABN you can look up. Ours is 48 691 121 525 (check it on the ABR).
  • NDIS Worker Screening for every worker, plus a Blue Card where they work with children. Ask to see the clearance, not just the promise.
  • Insurance — public liability and professional indemnity. A legitimate provider will show you the certificate of currency.
  • Rates at or below the NDIS price guide, in writing before the first shift. How our pricing works.
  • A written service agreement you can read before you sign and end without penalty.
  • A complaints pathway that goes outside the provider — the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Ours is here.

We are not an NDIS-registered provider, which is why we work with self- and plan-managed plans. We say that up front rather than let you find out later.

How it starts

  1. Call 0403 886 293 for a 10-minute chat with Heidi, or do the 1-minute check and we will call you.
  2. A free meet-and-greet with the worker before you commit to anything.
  3. A simple service agreement, then support starts — usually within one to two weeks.
