Work with us

Support work that feels like actual support work.

Keystone is a small, founder-led NDIS provider in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. We're looking for people who are reliable, warm and genuinely interested in the person in front of them — experience helps, but it isn't the first thing we look for.

What it's like to work here

  • You'll know everyoneWe're small on purpose. You'll know Heidi, you'll know the participants you support, and you won't be a number in a roster system.
  • Shifts that suit your lifeTell us the hours you can genuinely do and we'll build around them. We'd rather have you reliable two days a week than burnt out five.
  • Paid properlySCHADS award rates, superannuation, and paid time for the training we ask you to do. Kilometres reimbursed when you drive a participant.
  • Real support behind youYou can reach a person, not a call centre. We back our workers in — with training, with families, and when a shift turns hard.

No open roles right now

We're not advertising anything at the moment, but that changes often. Send us a note and we'll come back to you when something opens up that fits.

We'd still like to hear from you

Tell us a little about yourself and the hours you can work. When a role comes up in your area we'll get in touch before we advertise it.

Before you start

What you'll need

These are the checks every NDIS support worker needs. If you don't have them yet, apply anyway — plenty of our best people didn't when they first got in touch, and we'll walk you through it.

  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance (we can point you at how to apply)
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) if you'll support anyone under 18
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Australian work rights
