NDIS support in Cleveland & the Redlands
The Redlands are home ground for us. Cleveland, Capalaba, Victoria Point, Redland Bay, Wellington Point — bayside suburbs where people know each other and where a lot of life happens outdoors. We support NDIS participants across the Redlands with help at home, community access, transport and everyday skills. And we sponsor and support Redlands Rebels boccia, so most weeks you will find us courtside.

The four core supports, in plain words: help at home (mornings, meals, the house), getting out and about (community access, social time, sport), transport (appointments, work, school, day programs) and everyday things and skills. What support looks like around Cleveland & the Redlands
Getting around the bay takes a car. The train ends at Cleveland and buses cover the main roads, but the suburbs spread out and a lot of the good places — the foreshore, the parks, the sports halls, the water — are not on a route. We drive, and we plan the week around Redland Hospital appointments, shopping in Capalaba or Cleveland, and whatever you are into. For some of the people we support that is boccia. For others it is the pool, the library, the markets, or a coffee on the waterfront with someone who is not in a hurry.
Why a small, founder-led provider
You are not choosing a brand here, you are choosing people. Heidi and the team are part of the local disability sport community, not visitors to it. That means the worker who turns up already understands the pace of the Redlands, and the founder you spoke to on the phone is the one still checking in a year later. Small on purpose.
How to check a provider is legitimate
There are people in this industry who should not be. Whoever you choose in Cleveland & the Redlands — us included — you can ask for all of this:
- An ABN you can look up. Ours is 48 691 121 525 (check it on the ABR).
- NDIS Worker Screening for every worker, plus a Blue Card where they work with children. Ask to see the clearance, not just the promise.
- Insurance — public liability and professional indemnity. A legitimate provider will show you the certificate of currency.
- Rates at or below the NDIS price guide, in writing before the first shift. How our pricing works.
- A written service agreement you can read before you sign and end without penalty.
- A complaints pathway that goes outside the provider — the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Ours is here.
We are not an NDIS-registered provider, which is why we work with self- and plan-managed plans. We say that up front rather than let you find out later.
