NDIS support in Broadbeach

Broadbeach is the middle of the Coast — the beach and Kurrawa Park on one side, Pacific Fair on the other, and the tram running past both. Mermaid Waters, Mermaid Beach, Surfers Paradise and Bundall are all close. We support NDIS participants living here or nearby with the day-to-day: mornings and meals, getting to appointments, doing things out in the community.

What we help with

The four core supports, in plain words: help at home (mornings, meals, the house), getting out and about (community access, social time, sport), transport (appointments, work, school, day programs) and everyday things and skills. If you are not sure what fits, call — we will work it out with you. See the four supports.

What support looks like around Broadbeach

Everything is walkable or a tram stop away, which is rare on the Coast. That opens up a lot for community hours — a beach walk on the flat paths, the pool, the library, the markets, a proper shop at Pacific Fair. The G:link takes you north to Southport and the hospital or south to Burleigh via a short bus link. Parking near the beach is hard, so if you need door-to-door for medical trips we plan it in advance. Evenings and weekends here are busy; if you want support then, tell us early and we will make it work.

Why a small, founder-led provider

Central Gold Coast families often come to us after a bigger provider kept changing the roster. We are the opposite: one founder, a small team, a worker chosen for you, and the same face each week. Heidi meets you first, you meet the worker before you commit, and if it is not the right fit we fix it. Rates at or below the NDIS price guide, no sign-up fee, leave any time.

How to check a provider is legitimate

There are people in this industry who should not be. Whoever you choose in Broadbeach — us included — you can ask for all of this:

  • An ABN you can look up. Ours is 48 691 121 525 (check it on the ABR).
  • NDIS Worker Screening for every worker, plus a Blue Card where they work with children. Ask to see the clearance, not just the promise.
  • Insurance — public liability and professional indemnity. A legitimate provider will show you the certificate of currency.
  • Rates at or below the NDIS price guide, in writing before the first shift. How our pricing works.
  • A written service agreement you can read before you sign and end without penalty.
  • A complaints pathway that goes outside the provider — the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544. Ours is here.

We are not an NDIS-registered provider, which is why we work with self- and plan-managed plans. We say that up front rather than let you find out later.

How it starts

  1. Call 0403 886 293 for a 10-minute chat with Heidi, or do the 1-minute check and we will call you.
  2. A free meet-and-greet with the worker before you commit to anything.
  3. A simple service agreement, then support starts — usually within one to two weeks.
