About Keystone
A small NDIS provider, run by the person you'll talk to.
Keystone Community Care was founded by Heidi Griffiths after more than a decade in disability support. We help self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Brisbane, the Redlands and the Gold Coast — at home, out and about, and getting from A to B — with a small team of workers Heidi knows personally.

Why I started Keystone
I spent more than ten years in disability support before Keystone — on the floor doing shifts, then leading teams, then helping design how services run. I loved the work. What I didn't love was watching what happens to it inside a big organisation.
I kept seeing the same thing: rosters so big that nobody knew who was turning up, shifts rushed to fit the schedule, and families who had to re-explain everything to a new face every week. The people who needed consistency most were getting the least of it.
So I started Keystone in Brisbane, and I made one decision early that shapes everything else: stay small on purpose. Small enough that I meet every participant myself. Small enough that I only send a worker I know personally and would trust with my own family. Small enough that when you ring, you get me — not a call centre.
The rule in the building is simple: treat every participant the way you'd want your own family treated. That means honest answers about money, telling you straight if we're not the right fit, and fixing things when they go wrong instead of hiding behind a process.
If that sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, call me. Ten minutes on the phone and you'll know whether we're a fit.

About a minute. Sound on.
Five things we do differently — and won't budge on.
Small on purpose
We keep the number of people we support low enough that Heidi knows every one of them by name — and knows every worker she sends.
Matched, not rostered
One or two workers we know personally, a free meet-and-greet before anything is signed, and you decide. Personality and interests count as much as skills.
The same worker, same times
Regular shifts with the same person, so you're not explaining yourself to a stranger every Thursday.
Heidi checks in
After the first shifts, and then whenever you like. If something's off, you tell her and it changes — no ticket numbers.
Change anything, any time
Change your worker, pause, or end the agreement by letting us know. No fee, no minimum term, no awkwardness.

What happens when you call
A ten-minute chat, a free meet-and-greet, a plain-English agreement, then support — usually within 1–2 weeks.
Things you can check, not things we say about ourselves.
There are people in this industry who shouldn't be. Every line below is something you can ask us to prove — and we'd rather you did.
- ABN 48 691 121 525Keystone Community Care Pty Ltd — a registered Australian company, locally owned in Queensland.
- NDIS Worker Screening + Blue CardEvery worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and, where they work with children, a Blue Card. We track the expiry dates.
- First Aid & CPR, currentCertificates on file for every worker and renewed on schedule. Many also hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
- InsuredPublic liability and professional indemnity insurance in place. Ask and we'll show you the certificate of currency.
- Your information, locked downRecords are encrypted, access is logged, and we follow the Privacy Act and the NDIS Practice Standards. You can see or correct your file any time.
- A real complaints pathwayTalk to Heidi first. If you'd rather go outside us, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is 1800 035 544. Both are on our complaints page.
Registration status, straight up: Keystone is not an NDIS-registered provider. That's why we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, who can choose any provider. If your plan is NDIA-managed we'll tell you so on the first call rather than waste your time. Feedback & complaints · Privacy policy
Where you'll actually find us.
Support isn't only shifts at home. We sponsor the Redlands Rebels boccia club, and you'll find us courtside on game days. We've climbed the Story Bridge with participants, and a share of what we earn goes back into local disability sport — for the Rebels, that's money towards uniforms, prizes and gear. The people in the photos are real, and they've said yes to being here.

Departures, Brisbane Airport — off on a trip.

This is what "getting out and about" looks like when the support is built around what you actually want to do. Follow along on Instagram @keystone.care.
A small team of support workers Heidi knows personally.
Keystone's support workers are people Heidi has met, screened and worked alongside — not names pulled from a rostering app. Every one of them holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and First Aid and CPR; where they support children they hold a Blue Card too.
We don't publish a headcount, and we don't put anyone's face on this page without their written consent. As workers say yes, their profiles will appear here. Until then, the best way to meet the person who'd support you is the free meet-and-greet — before you sign anything.
